Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including high-demand seasons, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
The shipping cost is included in the product price; customers are not charged any additional shipping fees.
4. Order Tracking
We use Track123 to provide tracking information for all shipments.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email, allowing you to monitor your package until it arrives.

Lunahug is responsible for providing tracking information and assisting with shipping inquiries.
Once the package has been shipped, we are not liable for lost or damaged packages during transit.

6. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses, and we do not ship to countries or regions subject to trade restrictions or sanctions.
